◎陶纤机制板与挡火板由陶瓷纤维通过真空成型工艺制成，开发此产品的目的在于能够制成拥有优越高温性能的，刚性的并有自支撑强度的板。
◎陶纤机制板与挡火板强度**纤维毯与真空成型毡，适用于对产品有刚性强度要求的应用领域。另外，根据应用需求，有更高容重的真空成型陶纤板产品，板的隔热性能、耐磨性能及强度有进一步的提高。
◎高纯陶纤挡火板适用于较高温度为1260℃的大多数应用环境，其*特的配方使其在大于1000℃的环境下性能得到加强。
◎陶纤挡火板是采用特定的耐火添加剂生产的高强纤维板材。此产品质地坚韧、耐压强度高，具有优越的耐高温性能及优良的支撑力；可做为工业窑炉温度区间挡火隔热的优良耐材。
◎陶纤机制板与挡火板配方中包含有少量的**结合剂来增强其冷态强度，在大约200到300℃**次灼烧时**物就可被烧掉。
